PawnShop-Fund Review and Recent News

Hello everybody! If you guys could vote on the monitoring pages and comment on the blog posts I would really appreciate it. The programs need votes to keep up and I would like to hear your comments and thoughts so I know I am not missing anything etc. Thanks!

It is Wednesday evening and I have been busy updating my monitoring pages and have added a new mid-term to long-term HYI program called PawnShop-Fund. I would consider it mostly a mid-term program really as the 4 plans that are offered run from 45 to 75 days. It's only been open for one week, so now is the time to join folks! After researching the website this past week, I decided to add it to my monitoring pages after I made sure that it fit my set criteria for accepting HYI programs.

I will explain the different plans that are offered by PawnShop-Fund and also there will be an image below that will show you the 4 plans. All payments are daily and made on weekend days too.

The first plan in PawnShop-Fund is simply called the Short plan and runs for 45 days. This would be the ideal plan to do a test deposit in as it starts out at a low $10 and maxes out at $25,000. The Short plan runs for 45 days and pays 1.80% interest daily. You can withdraw your earnings daily after the payout is made to your account. The only exception would be for AlertPay (according to AlertPay rules), in which daily payments are allowed as long as the payout is at least $1. Your principal is returned at the end of the 45 day period if you request it or if you wish, you can run any of the plans indefinitely and keep on collecting the interest as long as the program survives.

It is unfortunate that there is not a shorter plan offered for a test deposit purposes but maybe the admin will consider that as they add to the program/website. I think it would be ideal to have a test plan of 5 days as I know there are a lot of investors that prefer to start with a test plan and then upgrade after the results are confirmed.

In any of the plans you have the option to receive your deposit back when the deposit has expired or whenever you wish as long as it has reached expiry. There is also an early withdrawal feature in case of an emergency but there is a penalty involved. The penalty percentage is determined by the percentage of days left in the plan that are unfulfilled. Hopefully this will not be a problem for anybody, but if it should happen please ask the admin if you have any questions.

The 2nd plan in PawnShop-Fund is called the MidLow plan and it pays 2.10% for 60 days. The minimum to invest here is $50 and the maximum is $50,000. You will receive your deposit back after 60 days or whenever you request it after that time. I will let the plan run indefinitely for monitoring purposes but this is something that would depend on your situation. If you'd deposited $50 in this plan, you would receive $63 in interest payments after 60 days. If you requested your deposit back then, the total amount received would be $113. It would be a total of 126% profit and with your principal included it would be 226% total. It just depends on which way you like to look at it.

The 3rd plan is called the MidHi plan and it pays 2.35%. It reaches expiry at 60 days and has a $250 minimum deposit and a max of $50,000. It starts to jump up here in price a bit but at $250 you would receive $345 in interest and a total of $595 at the end of 60 days if you requested your deposit then.

The last plan in PawnShop-Fund is called the Long plan and it runs for 75 days. It pays you 2.40% and the minimum is $100 and the maximum is $50,000. Usually you do not see the minimum amount get smaller as you get into the higher plans but when I used the online calculator the amount of $100 was already pre-filled for me. It can be changed to an amount of your choosing ($100 and above) for forecasting purposes. Anyway, if you invested the minimum of $100 in this plan then you would receive $180 upon expiry and the total of $280 when you received your principal back.

You are allowed to set a compounding percentage from 0% to 100% inside your account and I am glad the admin provided for this feature. It will all depend on your confidence in the site whether you should use this option or not. With daily payments like in PawnShop-Fund, sometimes I like to set the compounding rate at 50%. That way I can still withdraw some of my payout. Usually I try to recoup my initial deposit as quickly as I can and then I let it compound at the 50% rate. The amounts I talked about above are without compounding but if you decide to use compounding, it can really affect your final profits in a huge way. Once you realize the power of compounding, you will begin to realize how attractive it can be. It can be a bit more dangerous though, as you are allowing a percentage of your interest payments to go back in with your deposit to make more money. As long as you're feeling confident in the program, it is a super way to multiply your profits.

You can only have one account but you are allowed to make multiple deposits in your account. Each deposit will be treated as a separate investment and will be handled separately. Payouts are not handled automatically, so you need to go into your account at the PawnShop-Fund and request the payout and then it will be automatically paid to your payment processor that you deposited with. You should be able to see it instantly. I do like this option and it is the next best thing to automatic instant payouts that you do not have to request. In my opinion, that part can be a bit misleading as I do not consider it an instant withdrawal. An instant withdrawal should be done automatically and without the member having to make a request. I suppose the reason they do this is because you can re-deposit from your available funds inside your account in order to make more money. If you experience any unexpected delays, then you can contact the admin but you are asked to please allow 24 hours to process the pending requests that weren’t made instantly.

One of the pages on the PawnShop-Fund states that the website's primary business is owning 67 pawn shops worldwide (most of them in Europe) that are held by its company. It talks about how it offers cash loans to their customers that bring in items for collateral and that most of the items are jewels and antiquites (you can read it by going to the About Pawn Shops and Us page). It also says that they want you to know that they are real traders and that they invest members' funds on major investments and that the investments to the site are 100% covered by the income of the 67 pawn shops owned by their company. It all sounds really good and all but I am always very reluctant to believe any statements made about income derived from a primary business and that it is 100% covered.

In the FAQs, when asked if you could lose money, it does say that there is a risk involved with investing in all high yield investment programs. In my opinion, it is always better to think about HYI programs as nothing but that. They are all going to end sooner or later, please believe that. The sooner you treat these programs for what they are, then the sooner you can be prepared to be in profit and it is possible to make some really nice profits as long as you handle your investments accordingly. This doesn't mean that the program can't run for a long time (in HYIP terms). If it is ran well and receives the support then I don't see any reason that it can't run into 2011. I don't mean to harp on this subject, but I feel I must say this for the new people that come into the HYIP industry everyday.

The PawnShop-Fund accepts the 3 most popular payment processors and are listed as: AlertPay Liberty Reserve, and Perfect Money. I would urge you to lean towards AlertPay as if anything happens, at least you can open up in a dispute ticket to try to get your money back. They will accept Bank Wires but they are only allowed if over the maximum amount of $50,000. You would need to contact one of the admins if you wish to deposit with that method. I would not invest that large of an amount and hope that none of my readers do either. For your first deposit keep it reasonable and then go from there but please keep yourself in an amount that is best for you and your investment protfolio and really, only you can know what the amount is.

They also have an option that is not very commonly found and that is an Exchange Center. You can exchange funds from one payment processor to another there for a fee that is different depending on which processors you choose. It is just inside your account and all you have to do is pick out the 2 payment processors and then submit the request for them to process. You would receive receipts by e-mail for your verification. I was actually surprised when I saw this option and it will be interesting to see how popular it becomes. It could become quite popular but it would depend on the fees they charge to do the exchange.

There is a page where you can make out a support ticket in case you have questions you would like to ask the admin. They also have 2 e-mail addresses listed in the FAQs that you can use if you feel more comfortable e-mailing instead of using a support ticket. I know I like to use e-mail, simply because I know when I get a reply by checking my e-mail. Having a support ticket and 2 e-mails listed does say something for the support efforts made by the admin. It is always good when they are making themselves 100% available to you and that is how it should be.

The website is a good-looking site and it uses one of my favorite colors for websites which is from the Navy blue or Royal blue family. It looks as if the admin has put some effort into the production of the website and had it done by a Web developer. He also has some articles on there about Pawn Shops. It is definitely an interesting read and I know in my country pawn shops are a big business and they tend to make big profits as well.

The PawnShop-Fund runs off a licensed GoldCoders script and has 256 SSL encryption provided for the privacy of its members. A GoldCoders script is pretty much the most common script used by HYIP’s unless they run off a custom-built script that they would have their web developer implement. That's not an easy task, so that's why many opt for the trusty GoldCoders script which seems the most reliable besides custom. They also have DDoS secure hosting in place but it doesn't state where. I have an e-mail into the admin asking him about the particulars and am waiting for the reply now.

Inside your account, you can change your security settings to detect the sensitivity in an IP address change. You can set it to disabled, medium and high. The 2nd security option is to detect a website browser change and it can be set to enabled or disabled. Not a bad touch.

The PawnShop-Fund definitely has some handsome interest returns, so let's hope that the admin promotes the program well so that it flourishes. I am really liking the options that the admin provided in this website as well as the look and feel. I can see there has been a lot of interest developing and so far there has been 199 in joined investors and $ 4,927.20 deposited with $514.11 withdrawn so far. It opened on 07/22/2010, so you know this is the prime time to join as the first ones in are always the first ones to be in profit and the ones to make the most money.

Recent News

I pasted an e-mail below with good news that was sent from CherryShares:

My Dear Members and Investors,

Take a deep breath, I have a ton of good news this summer.

First, after many months of pregnancy, the big day finally arrived. I
have a baby. I cried while I held my girl for the first time. Tiffany,
weighing 8 lbs 5 oz and measuring 18 inches long, I felt so loved.

Good news on the earnings front. Mainly due to strong sales from the
iPhone 4 and iPad from US to different countries, earned income fluc-
tuates between 30% and 50%. This is the income from each contract!

Apple CEO Steve Jobs said `we have amazing new products still to come
this year` and he really did. I have very high confidence that we will
make significant progress toward in selling. Yeah, we stand strong,
even in the time of crisis!

`Will women send their husbands to the Apple store to buy iPads ?`
Sincerely yours,
Dane W. Wolf
