My Uinvest review will give you an overview of the company named Uinvest Ltd. Their website which has been online since 2010 and they claim to be doing business since 2007 in which they lend money to other businesses. The money is lent in exchange for a rate of return that is then passed along to individual investors like you.
I found the website back when it first came out and remember I was very intrigued with the whole concept. One year ago, I made my first deposit and since then I have completed several transactions, bought and sold shares and learned the inner workings of the site.
Uinvest registered their business in Ukraine and was formed by Vitaliy L. Danilenko, Alex Darialov, Lewis Fein and Dave Darrell and one other founder I couldn't find the information for. They have offices in both Ukraine and the USA and list the following contact information:
Melnikova 83, Ukraine, 04116 Kiev. Phone number – 0-800-500-179
Suite 900, 9595 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90212 USA. USA and Canada Toll-Free Calls – 1-888-581-7883. By the way, this address is on the same block as the famous Four Seasons hotel known as the Beverly Wilshire, which was the main location in the Julia Robert and Richard Gere 1990 movie “Pretty Woman”. Sorry to get off topic, but I have always wanted to visit/stay in this hotel and do some shopping on Rodeo Drive. Actually, it’s in my bucket list (of things to do before I die).
OK, Back to Uinvest… Recently, Uinvest has gone to many lengths to differentiate their company from the HYIP market as they have grown tired of the bad reputation and claim they are not like the typical Ponzi based HYIP program. One thing that investors really like about Uinvest is their transparency and willingness to disclose as much information as possible.
The company believes in being very transparent regarding their income generation and other activities. In my research I have seen people tear them apart, literally up one side and down the other, and the admin will respond and explain everything. I still have a certain degree of skepticism but I have been impressed with the explanations the admin has given. I will discuss documentation and other transparency issues later in this Uinvest review.
Uinvest Shares – Rate of Return
The rate of return that you will make investing in Uinvest shares will vary depending on the project so I will not be able to give you specifics on this but I will try to give you a general overview on the program.
I will explain to you how I figure the rate by the following example. Next to each individual project listing, you will see that it will list a price per share and then next it will list monthly earnings per share.
If you purchase 1 share of the Alcoholic Beverage Plant at $2,390.00 and the list says the monthly earnings per share is $385, your monthly dividend would be around 16% monthly (I round it up or down to the next closest whole number for the projects listed below so that it is not a long number. In this case it was 0.1610878661). What I did was this: I take the monthly earnings of $385 and divided it by the cost of the share $2390.00. That sum would be the monthly rate of return or monthly dividend +16%. $385 /$2390 = 0.1610878661.
Uinvest Investment Projects
Once you transfer a little seed money, you will be able to pick from several viable business opportunities throughout the continent of Europe. The types of businesses will vary greatly but there is an emphasis on sustainable businesses that generate higher, profitable returns including restaurants, manufacturing facilities, industrial equipment, consumer goods, health and beauty etc.
Uinvest screens all businesses using their own extensive criteria and they undergo rigorous scrutiny. If businesses provide documentation that they can repay the loan, provide a clear plan for generating profits, are proven successful and fit the guidelines of Uinvest, they can be added to the investment projects. You can access all this information – including relevant analysis.
Here are a few of the business projects but there are many, many more projects listed on the website:
Group of Restaurants – 13%
Alcoholic Beverage Plant – 16%
Family Entertainment Complex – 16%
Spa Saloons Chain – 15%
Sports Complex – 15%
Chocolate Factory – 15%
Grain Products Complex – 15%
Entertaining Club – 13%
Motor Plant- 14%
Hotel and Entertainment Complex- 4%
Recently, a new feature was introduced and called Uinvest Share Exchange. It’s a marketplace where investors trade shares of companies in real-time mode. Uinvestors can buy and sell shares on the website for a quick profit and make even more money if they like. The only company shares that can be bought and sold are the company projects listed on their site.
Right now, the minimum to invest is $25, which compared to HYIP programs isn't too bad. Investors can invest any amount they choose up to the amount of shares available but before you make a larger deposit, I would suggest that you make a test deposit to see how you like Uinvest. This will give you a chance to learn the features at Uinvest. It's a lot easier than it looks at first. I learned everything fairly quick but I credit the chat rooms and forum for answering any questions that I had in the beginning. You can also get your principal back at any time by selling their shares. If the shares are in more demand, this gives you the opportunity to sell it for a higher price than you purchased it for.
There is no charge to sign up but after you make an investment and it starts earning, their minimal fee is 10% of the income you receive from your investment. This fee only activates when your investment starts generating profits. They feel that using this business model is a further incentive for the professionals at Uinvest to pick only the most attractive investment opportunities.
Uinvest Accepts Many Payment Processors
The list of accepted payment processors seems pretty good and includes: Payza (old AlertPay), LibertyReserve, PayPal, Credit Cards, Checks and Bank Wire Transfers.
The website uses a custom script made just for them and also utilizes a high-security Comodo SSL certificate to provide the utmost in safety for your personal information and payment transactions. They are hosted on a dedicated server and are well protected against DDoS attacks.
If you should have any support issues or questions, you can contact support by live chat, video chat or e-mail.
If you look on their website, there's quite a bit on investing in general and there are a few different chat rooms on their homepage. Along the bottom of the homepage, there is a task bar you can click on where you can chat with other investors like yourself and another chat where you can talk to the Uinvest Administrator himself. I have actually chatted on them myself a few times and cannot believe how busy they are. The first time I went there, they were so small and I didn't realize the chat widgets could be re-sized, so man did I ever have to read fast! Drag the corner to make it larger if you have the same problem. There is also translation conversion software on them that converts the conversation in real time.
Within 45 days after an investment is made, you will receive documents in the postal mail confirming your ownership. It will include a shares certificate that will have your name and the number of shares that you purchased. The shares certificate is sealed by the Uinvest director and the authenticity is protected by a hologram sticker. Inside your mail package, you will also receive a monthly summary of business earnings, detailed business review including a description of your business with photos attached and its address.
I talked to one of the admins, Dave Darrell via chat on the homepage and told him I was doing research for this review. Further into the conversation, he asked if I was going to be in California any time and said that he would be glad to arrange a meeting with me. The thing that I like about the Administrators is: that they do not lay it on thick or embellish, they have a good attitude, are easy to speak with and really want to make sure they answered your questions before they help someone else.
When I asked him about the risk involved, he said that any investment has a level of risk but that they try to minimize it as much as possible by picking the best business opportunities. He added that you can withdraw your profits directly to your bank account and that their professionals are always available to answer any questions that we might have about the businesses featured on their website.
Darrell said that Uinvest follows Ukraine laws and that the law is the same in Ukraine as in all other European countries so you are protected against scam and all other bad activities. He said that if the company somehow became defunct, bankruptcy laws would have jurisdiction to appropriate payments to investors from loan payment proceeds.
I still have a certain degree of skepticism as I do about all online investment programs but will admit that this program looks enticing. I love investing here and I am going to add to my deposit this week to increase profits.
If you think that Uinvest would make a good fit inside your investment portfolio, you can find an enormous amount of information that could help you make up your mind by visiting their website and forum. It will be a good place to start anyway and I recommend that you visit several sources before you decide on any investment! Once you have a successful investment in this program and get your principal back, just think how much you can make with your profits considering the popularity and longevity that this program has!
If you have any questions or comments regarding Uinvest, please use the comment section below this post so that Dave Darrell can come back to answer the questions for us.
I will be back again later to post the news if there is any and give a short introduction of 2 new programs added to the monitoring list. They are SilverStructure and ProfitableSunrise. Please keep an eye out for that information. Thank you!
NewGNi Weekly Update
I received the NewGNi weekly update that usually gets sent on Fridays. It covered the SolidTrustPay problem the United States customers have been having recently. All customers that aren't able to withdraw because of the recent laws are now able to convert the funds over to another payment processor. Easy instructions are in the NewGNi newsletter below. All customers are reminded to play the Euro 2012 Contest for chances to win some nice prizes.
Dear clients, friends and fans
How is everybody today? I trust you are doing well and hope our members in the Northern Hemisphere are enjoying the beginning of summer, like I do.
A few weeks back we have informed you about the current problems, a very few of our members are facing to withdraw to SolidTrustPay, due to currently enacted legislation in the US.
Today we are glad to offer affected members an alternative option to withdraw their proceeds to either LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney.
Here is a quick How-To Guide:
1. On the left side of the members under 'Main Menu' you will find the link to our 'Currency Manager'.
2. After clicking on it you will find yourself on a page, showing your current account balances.
3. On the lower part, next to 'Exchange From', you'll find pull-down menus for the Currency to exchange from. You should select SolidTrustPay here, all other direction are not possible.
4. Next to 'Exchange To' you can choose, if you like your funds exchanged to Liberty Reserve or PerfectMoney. You can also choose if you like your funds exchanged to your Cash Balance to withdraw to your payment processor or to the E-Wallet for re-investing.
Enter your secondary password and click on 'Convert Currency'. You are done and your funds will immediately reflect in either your Cash Balance or your E-Wallet. You will also be notified by email, once the transaction is rendered.
There are no fees charged for this transactions.

We are notified by SolidTrustPay, if you try to withdraw to your account there and your request is declined. Only when this happens we will enable your account to use the 'Currency Manager'. There is no need to contact us.
